SEND/RECEIVE VOICE CALLS

Messaging today includes voice and text messaging. NMS supports both technologies for entertainment, mission critical messaging  and for emergency messaging applications. 

VOICE OUTBOUND DELIVERY

  • Emergency broadcast to first responders or community alerts should include voice broadcast and text/sms. One is not enough;

  • Entertainment voice broadcasting for wakeup calls, celebrity recordings, etc;

  • Broadcasting a voice message with a trailer on the end of "press 1 to speak to an operator now?"

  • Outbound voice services include send upon request AND send at a predetermined date/time. The Apprentice campaign was the batch send at a predetermined date/time, while the NHL campaign was send transaction=by-transaction.

  • Click & Call from your web site is now gaining popularity. Advertising a new brand or hyping a new celebrity, let your web site visitors click a link, enter their phone number and voila, they receive a call from that celebrity. 

  • Wakeup calls. Appointment reminders, fan club subscriber calls from the artist, etc.

INBOUND VOICE SERVICES

  • NMS does not do the business IVR systems, we do IVR systems to improve the performance of an entertainment or emergency messaging campaign. 

  • We offer the traditional solutions (press 1 for this option, etc.) and voice-recognition technology (say what you want to do.)

  • For emergency messaging applications, NMS suggests including a call-in option for launching an emergency message.
